I have been coming to New Image Hair and have been doing cool laser hair therapy for a little over 3 years. Had very thinning hair, tiny bald patches, and my part was spreading. I didn't know what to do and tried the traditional routes, topical treatments, PCP, endocrinologist, dermatologist, over an 8 month period and no one could help me as they couldn't find anything medically wrong. This started to occur I believe due to hormone changes we women have as we approach 50. I am in the public eye as I play piano for private parties, fill in with bands, and I'm a piano teacher so my looks are very important to me, plus I have very long hair almost waist length so this was devastating. I went to New Image Hair and was leery as it sounded too easy . After only 2 treatments I could already see little dots forming in the follicles where I lost hair. Within 1 month I had a 1/2 inch of growth in the balding areas and my part was also starting to fill in. By the end of my 6 month course of treatments I grew back all the lost hair in the crown and part areas plus other areas of my scalp that I didn't know were thin the hair started to get thicker. I truly could have elected to stop treatment at this point since my hair was doing so well. However, I decided to go on a maintenance plan that is so inexpensive and affordable that I decided to just continue with it 2 times a month. You can never have too much hair and actually my hair was still getting thicker, New Image actually underestimated the improvement they said 60% to 70% which still would have been terrific, I honestly grew back 120% of any the thinning/balding areas. The first thing people say now is you have such "Gorgeous Hair". My hair is thicker and healthier than its ever been in my life. I think a lot of people do not know about cool laser hair therapy is available or they would also be taking advantage of this wonderful 20 minute non-invasive treatment. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating, and I tell everyone about it. One of my piano students Grandmother is actually undergoing this. I have been a client at New Image for 5 years - I could not be HAPPIER! I knew nothing about hair loss treatment when I scheduled my first consultation with New Image. I decided to buy and wear a hair piece rather than do surgery (because it gave me a fuller looking front hairline right away). I had no idea that a hair piece could look so real and natural.
Although buying a hairpiece and maintaining it can seem expensive when you first consider it I have found that when enrolled in one of the programs that New Image offers that the cost is worth it. I spend about as much on cell phones for my family each year as I do having perfect looking hair all the time.
I will remain a loyal client of New Image as long as their doors are open.
My favorite aspect of New Image is that they offer long term stability programs designed to maintain hairpieces longer (by offering professional cutting/service of your hairpiece) and they allow you to replenish worn out ones at lower costs.
The entire staff is wonderful. They even helped me tweak the "specs" of the hairpieces I was ordering to be thicker in the middle so that they would last a little longer.
I can say confidently that with this hairpiece on I've been able to work an outdoor summer job (sweating the whole time), gone swimming, had professional photographs taken and never felt subconscious about my hair or nervous that it would come loose.
I was in a farming accident when I was 4 years old and had 85% of my scalp torn off and the Dr.'s were not able to replace it so I have very little hair on my head and thanks to Frank and the people at New Image Hair Clinic they have made me feel like a normal woman with hair. I payed thousands for hair transplants. Had two procedures done. Was told it went well and I would have nice growth on top. All I have to show for my hard earned money is no hair and a huge scar on the back of my head! Great job liars!! I would rate them a negative 10! Thanks for nothing Dr gianotto .
