I checked in online about 30 minutes before they closed and was there 5 minutes later. At about 5 till closing the one girl finishes with her customer then goes to the back. Ten minutes later she came back and started packing her things to leave. The others were talking their time cutting the customers they had been with for 20 minutes. I finally left about ten minutes after closing time without a haircut because they're more concerned about leaving than taking care of customers. There's plenty of other places to get a haircut around here, no need to go there...

I have decided not to go back to the North Huntingdon store for a haircut. I feel that I was treated terribly because I did not do online check in. I never have in several years.There were 5 people in front of me according to the computer and I was told that I would have to wait....but there was no one in the salon waiting except me.The online people had not arrived yet! One free hairdresser was cleaning combs waiting for online customers to get there but I still sat there waiting for a haircut! HOW RIDICULOUS!...and I now have a $2 coupon to return!
Chris does a great job. I come here all the time. Price is Right for a haircut.
