First of all, the two property managers, Kristin and Shaun, are friendly, very welcoming, and easy to talk to. The office space is very clean and organized. The storage facility is very well maintained, well lit, and very secure. I would recommend this place to anyone considering storage. Not one negative comment enters my mind!
Easy, positive management team, and new, clean facilities, with the perk of a free moving truck. Also, I rented a 10x10, and it was very close to 10x10. Might not seem like a big deal, but another company out there was far from 10x10... Actually 2/3 of the sq ft when you calculated it. That makes a big difference. Guardian was a little more expensive,but air-conditioned and actually gave me what I paid for.
Easy. Efficient. No problems at all. I will be using Guardian again for a smaller size unit in about 2 months. Mario
I'd also like to mention that I found Guardian online about midnight one night, and requested the unit. The assistant manager then called the next morning and let me reserve it for $10. She sent me an application to complete online, and then a confirmation once completed. All of this helped the process of the lease signing go smoothly.
Great location, clean and climate controlled units, excellent facility all around. Awesome and extremely helpful staff! Would definitely recommend Guardian in North Huntingdon to anyone looking for a storage facility.
I went in about 45 min to closing to sign my lease, get my keys, and move a few things in. The manager was there alone and helping another customer outside. When he saw me, he spoke and stated he'd be right there. By the time I'd parked, he was done with the other customer and ready to assist me. He explained everything thoroughly, and made the process easy! We saw the unit, toured the facility and went over how to lock/unlock the unit. Everything went smooth! I put my items into the unit, and went back to my car with 15 minutes to spare! This was the easiest process ever! I would definitely recommend the North Huntington, PA location for your moving and storage needs!
