Their payment policies are STUPID. Not good enough for a spouse to use his her credit card to pay for the rental if the spouse is the driver?! We were both right there. SO VERY Inconvenient and ridiculous. That's why they're losing to Enterprise.
Good Lord. Roadside assistance is so so bad. Call #1: got bounced between 4 people then hung up on after 30 minutes. Call#2: the same. Call #3: started off similar then I hung up and solved the problem independently.
I was treated very well and everything went smoothly. I would recommend this little office. One word of advice: sometimes you'll find the old address online. The current (11/04/2015) and correct address is 11000 US Hwy 30.
